Went out to a lovely Thai resturant in Leeds last night for Kirsty’s friends birthday. I had, what they call, a “Jungle Curry” which was face sweatingly hot. Thai curry looks so different to Indian curry. A bit wishy washy without the thick sauce I’d usually expect. It lulls you into a false sense of oral security by looking not very spicey at all - and then Blam! you’re knocking back gallons of water and begging for mercy.
